Josh Justiniano
Josh Justiniano brings a grounded, people-first approach to real estate, shaped by a deep love for family, a sharp business mind, and a genuine curiosity for the world around him. A Ventura local, Josh lives next door to his brother Adam—his lifelong best friend and fellow Quick Home Offers® teammate—making real estate a true family affair.
Josh grew up in Thousand Oaks, where he wrestled competitively in high school, learning grit, focus, and how to push through when things get tough. Before jumping into real estate full-time, he worked at a legal firm in Thousand Oaks from age 20 to 23—an experience that gave him a strong attention to detail and a deep respect for the importance of trust and communication.
He went on to study Business and Real Estate at Cal State Northridge, and quickly found his passion helping homeowners navigate big life decisions with confidence and clarity.
Outside of work, Josh is always on the move—traveling to new cities, trying new foods, and diving into different cultures and experiences. But no matter where his adventures take him, family is at the center of it all. Whether he’s grabbing dinner with his siblings, relaxing in Ventura, or planning his next trip, Josh brings warmth, energy, and a calm confidence to everything he does.
