My wife was finally OK with letting go of her childhood home and we did not have the time nor could exert the effort to do the renovations to get the property up to speed to rent or sell. You gave us an offer that when we looked at what we could sell it for and after the expenses and time we would have expended, it seemed fair. We knew you would make some money on it but we did not have the hassle and my time is valuable elsewhere.
