Before jumping into real estate, Adam worked at a golf course where he sharpened not only his short game but his people skills, something he’s known for today. Whether he’s helping someone navigate a tricky home sale or chatting about surf breaks and backyard gardens, Adam’s passion for connecting with people always shines through.
As a kid, Adam played his heart out on the field, going all the way to the 2004 Little League World Series and winning the national championship, a highlight that still fuels his competitive edge today. Off the clock, you’ll find him tending his garden, lifting weights, or spending time with his tight-knit family and his loyal golden retriever, Ozzie.
Adam’s love for travel has taken him to surf spots far and wide, but he’s always happy to come home to Ventura. His mix of energy, life experience, and down-to-earth personality makes him someone people love working with—and someone you’ll likely want to grab a coffee or catch a few waves with when the transaction is done.
Josh Justiniano
Josh handles marketing, underwriting, and project management for Quick Home Offers®. He evaluates every property we consider purchasing and manages the operational side of each transaction.
Josh grew up in Thousand Oaks, where he wrestled competitively in high school. Before going into real estate full-time, he worked at a legal firm in Thousand Oaks from age 20 to 23. That experience gave him a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of contracts, communication, and trust. He studied Business and Real Estate at Cal State Northridge.
Josh lives next door to his brother Adam, and the two of them have been best friends their entire lives. That dynamic carries into the business. Quick Home Offers® is a true family operation, not a corporate entity.
When he is not working, Josh is usually traveling, trying new restaurants, or spending time with his family and siblings in Ventura.
